Scan to Email

Please view the instructions on how to login to PaperCut.

 

Scan to Email works similar to before, however this time there is an option to scan multiple items to be sent in one email.

  • Login to PaperCut and then choose "Scan"
    Scan
  • Choose to "Scan to Email"
    Scan to Email
  • Your email address will automatically be populated in the "To" field
  • If you need to scan multiple separate documents, then leave the two boxes checked at the bottom, otherwise tap them to uncheck
  • Change the scan settings if needed (i.e. double sided scan)
  • Tap "Start"
    Finish Scanning
  • When finished with scanning, follow the prompts to complete the job
  • Tap "Send" to finish and send the email.

 

NOTE: The "Scan to folder" option will only be available for some office staff.
